Yves Martin Founder Yves has been a well grounded technologist programming computers since the age of ten; he also attended the renown Stuyvesant H.S. for Math and Science in Manhattan and the Lehigh University School of Engineering where he studied Industrial Engineering. Always a firm believer that learning is a continuing process, Yves has independently studied educational technology, public relations, design, organization technology as well constantly As a founder of Utoware Yves is now dedicated to combining his unique perspective and skill set to helping organizations by delivering superior computer applications that emphasise practicality and usability. keeping his skill set up to date in the fi eld of computers, networking and programming.
Anthony Accardo Founder Anthony has known the Restaurant /hospitality business since the age of 14. He started working in his uncle’s upscale Italian restaurant in Englewood, NJ at that early age and has been successfully working in the Hospitality business since. Anthony graduated from Widener University’s school of Hotel / Restaurant Management with a Bachelors degree. He discovered early on in his career that managing people at a high level was one of the most important aspects of any business especially the hospitality business. Anthony has had a well rounded career gaining immeasurable practical knowledge by working through the ranks in both the front & back of the house to both G.M. & chef. He has also worked has a concierge & sommelier where he perfected his customer service skills. Anthony has had long tenures at Caesars and Bally’s Atlantic City & Rat’s Restaurant, Hamilton, NJ.

Anthony Accardo

Founder

Utoware Solutions' History

Anthony Accardo and Yves Martin met after a Micros dealer recommended Yves to the controller of Rat's Restaurant to help them with a custom program to handle the unique tipping system at Rat's Restaurant.

Yves had gained a reputation with Micros for being able to solve difficult IT challenges from Yves' work as the Head of IT for George Perrier's restaurant group (Le Bec Fin, Brasserie Perrier, Georges). As a result of successfully producing the program to handle Rat's tipping system Anthony and Yves continued creating solutions to increase the efficiency of the restaurant's operations.

This was the birth of Utoware!
